TITLE : Seeking Kitchen Manager
1100 Group is actively recruiting qualified Kitchen Management candidates to join our restaurant group. Job requirements include:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
Properly adhere to all food safety standards.
Must have a friendly and positive team-based attitude.
Must be reliable and work well with others.
Inventory and Scheduling management
Be able to learn and teach the recipes - seamlessly upholding consistent standards of the product being created without deviation.
Adaptability and flexible
Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Be guest focused and have a guest driven attitude
Be able to multitask and work with a sense of urgency.
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
