A private, member owned yacht club is looking for a qualified Sous Chef (new position) to work closely with our Club Chef in delivery of year-round dinner service every Friday and Sunday, as well as special event/theme meals.

Qualified candidates will hold successful experience in varied menu planning, product ordering, COS control and culinary staff supervision in a higher volume kitchen, and he or she should be able to independently orchestrate delivery of the member's dinner service when called upon or in the absence of the Chef.
