We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team of successful Bay Area restaurants, specifically one of our East Bay Locations. Our ideal candidates have a passion, commitment, and expertise in operating restaurants. It is important that candidates understand the quickly shifting nature of restaurant operations during the Covid-19 crisis, and be prepared to work with changing regulations and expectations as the situation unfolds.
Our managers are responsible for all aspects of the restaurant: cost management, employee relations, staffing/training, customer satisfaction, compliance, and so forth.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of General Management Experience
- Approachable, friendly, and ability to positively direct employees.
- Knowledge of POS, Chrome, & Windows office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Weekend and night availability
- Aptitude for organization and administrative tasks
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and work standing for 8+ hours
- Ability to work 50-60 hour per week when needed
Compensation:
- 70K-90K depending on experience. This is a salaried, exempt position
