As a Caregiver at Zannat Boarding Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our seniors. You will provide essential daily assistance and companionship in a supportive environment. Shifts are flexible, ranging from 4 to 24 hours a day, including options for live-in positions.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Personal Care: Assisting with hygiene, grooming, bathing, and dressing.
Mobility Assistance: Helping residents move safely around the facility.
Daily Living Support: Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
Household Maintenance: Performing light housekeeping duties and laundry.
General Support: Other duties as assigned to ensure resident comfort and safety.
Requirements:
Experience: Limited to no prior senior care experience is welcomed; we are willing to train the right individuals. (1 year of caregiving experience is preferred but not required).
Documentation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
Health & Safety: Must pass a TB Skin Test and have up-to-date immunizations.
Background: Must successfully complete a background check.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive Pay: $17.50 per hour.
Holiday Pay: Time and a half pay for New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Fourth of July, and Christmas.
Flexible Schedules: We offer a wide range of shifts to fit your life, from 4-8 hour day shifts to 24-hour live-in options. Weekend availability is a plus.
