We are looking for energetic, creative and adaptable people to work in a home program with a unique and creative 33 year young woman with autism. One client in her own home. Experience with children/young adults a plus. Training will be provided as you build relationship with client.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Find opportunities for creative learning and development of daily living skills
Engage with client intellectually: Creatively introduce new activities and join her in activities
Provide a safe environment, physical and emotional support, and assistance in problem-solving and communication around everyday activities
Help with preparation of food and set up for meals
Ensure medication is taken accurately and reliably
Help with hygiene: including bathing and teeth brushing
Help develop meaningful socially interactive relationships
Maintain a clean environment
COMPENSATION:
$21/Hour (raises provided with longevity)
HOURS:
PART TIME or FULL TIME
Positions open 24-40 hours a week: shifts are days, evenings and/or overnights.
There is some flexibility in the scheduling. We will work with you.
Background check with fingerprint clearance.
One year commitment requested.
Clean DMV, own car, smoke free environment. CPR certified, (or willing to become certified).
