We are seeking a caring experienced, positive, energetic, organized and dental front office person to join our amazing dental office family. We seek someone with dental software experience to quickly integrate into our office flow.
Although this is a fully trained position, we need a candidate to bring much to the job starting with:
-Dental office experience; scheduling for multiple providers. Candidate must have an in depth understanding of dental procedures and time management in doctors and assistants schedules.
-Production Scheduling & Management for multiple providers
-Treatment planning, financial arrangements and collections of copayments.
- Insurance billing and dental terminology
-Outgoing, Positive, Energetic Personality
-Motivated & Reliable
-Thrive in a busy environment
-Detail Oriented, Consistent, Organized and flexible
-Work as a team or unsupervised
-Multi-Tasking skills a must
-Enjoys caring and serving our patients at the highest level
-Computer skills including dental software and Microsoft office
