We are a small, modern, boutique family dental practice. We have a close knit team that has been working together for the last 10+ years and are looking to add 1 more highly qualified individual.
FRONT OFFICE:
We are looking for someone professional, articulate, a great problem solver and efficient. Dental office experience and a passion for the healthcare industry is needed as is experience with Dentrix. This position will primarily focus on scheduling productively, managing phones/email/collecting payments, tx plan and of course, providing stellar customer service. We have a amazing front office coordinator currently who is looking for a team mate to share the duties with.
The position offers 28-32 hrs/week as well as benefits. (PTO, Dental Benefits, 401k after a year, CE) The hours needed are:
Tuesdays 7:30-5, Wednesday’s 6:30-3, Thursday’s 7:30-5 Fridays 7:30-1
