Danville Post-Acute Rehab is a 49-bed, 5 Star Facility, short-term rehabilitation facility located in Danville, California. We are accepting applications for the position of full-time Dietary Cook.

We are looking for experienced Dietary Cook with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will be a candidate with previous experience in food services. Be able to read, speak, and write in English. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and follow oral and written instructions.
We currently have full-time positions available.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus.
Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
Prepare food for therapeutic diets in accordance with planned menus.
Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders.
Review care plans to assure that current dietary information is consistent with foods served.
Prepare and serve substitute foods to residents who refuse foods served.
Review menus prior to preparation of food.
Coordinate dietary service with other departments as necessary.
Work with the facility's dietitian as necessary and implement recommended changes as required.

We offer excellent pay based on your personal experience and past performance. $16-$17 per hour.
