We are seeking an Office Manager to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Our Experienced and Established Facility:
O'Connor Health Center has an opening in our weight loss facility in San Jose.
Ours is an all natural, drug-free, surgery-free, doctor supervised weight loss clinic. The environment is very friendly, positive, clean, state of the art and trendy.
Our clientele are generally very healthy and wanting to become thinner while improving their health. Our clinics have been serving the Bay Area since 1988.
If you are health oriented and want to make a difference than this could be the perfect position for you. We will train you in our state of the art procedures.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing a clean and well organized weight loss clinic
Educating patients about our programs
Scheduling appointments
Answering phone calls
Collecting payments through credit/debit cards, Care Credit or personal checks
Sending appointment confirmations through our easy to use software
Talking to new patient's about their goals, health, medications, reasons why they want to lose weight
Weighing and taking patients measurements
Experience in the medical field is a plus but NOT necessary

Wages are competitive ($21.50-$26.50/hour). Your wages are based on your work experience and performance.
