We are a small doctor's office in Livermore looking for an office manager who understands both the front and back office.
Part time or full time.
Job Duties Include:
- Make sure the office runs smoothly
- Schedule patients over the phone
- Greet patients and take information
- Enter patient information into computer system
- Room patients
- Receive payments and enter them into computer system
- Clean rooms
- Operate autoclave
- Manage supplies
Additional Skills Desired:
- Excel spreadsheet experience
- Office Ally
- Bilingual
