Position Overview
We're hiring for a Front Desk Optometric Assistant/Office Manager position. While optical experience is preferred, we value attitude and culture fit over experience and are willing to train the right candidate.
Hours & Work-Life Balance
-8-hour shifts
-Closed most weekends

Front Desk Responsibilities
-Answering phones and scheduling appointments
-Pre-testing patients before doctor examinations
-Verifying and explaining insurance benefits (VSP-heavy office)
-Multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
-Ensuring exceptional patient experience from start to finish
Management & Optical Responsibilities
-Assisting with eyewear styling and selection
-Educating patients on lens technology
-Creating an exciting eyewear experience
-Meeting sales goals
-Building patient relationships to help grow our practice

Compensation: $23-30/hour. Pay will be based on experience and eagerness to learn.
