Our FAST-PACED medical Practice is looking for an energetic & caring Patient Care Representative
We're looking for candidates who consider themselves 'truly exceptional' in Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
Focus on excellent patient care & experience
Schedule Appointments &
Back up for the Patient Check-in process
Answer and direct phone calls
Data Entry (patient demographics)
Qualifications / Skills Required:
Demonstrated history of providing excellent customer service and caring for others
Strong computer and data entry skills
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven ability to multi-task
Minimum 50 wpm in Typing Speed
High degree of personal accountability, responsibility and the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
