Are you motivated and excited about patient care? This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others. We are looking to hire a full-time treatment coordinator to join our established General Dentist office.
We are seeking someone with the following qualities and or experience but with a great attitude and a strong work ethic we are willing to train the right candidate:
Ideal treatment coordinator:
Front desk experience in a dental office (preferred)
Welcomes patients in the dental office with a smile
Excels at multitasking with exceptional attention to detail
Punctual (REQUIRED)
Excels in a fast paced environment
Familiar with insurance verification
Customer service experience
Treatment plan presentations
Confident, works well independently
Confirming and scheduling appointments
Experience with answering a multi-phone line system
Friendly, outgoing, positive personality
