Job Title: Human Resources Manager-Part Time, 20hrs wk.ÂLocation: ÂRichmond, CAHuman Resources Manager-Part Time, 20hrs wk.ÂOur client, a leader in the healthy food industry, is adding a part time HR Manager to their team.ÂÂReporting to the head of People & Culture, the part timeÂPeople & Culture Business PartnerÂhas hands-on, operational responsibility for providing support in variousÂhuman resourcesÂfunctions. This position will support the company to ensure a fair and equitable work environment where all employees are treated with respect and work within Nutiva’s core values. This position also ensures an efficient and supportive office environment for employees to achieve excellence.The ideal candidate will be well educated in emerging employment laws (local, state, federal), human resource policies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, safety issues, and enjoys a diverse work environment. They will have high emotional intelligence with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and enjoys working in fast paced manufacturing, entrepreneurial environment.ÂHuman Resources Manager Requirements:Â

The ability to manage confidential information.

Current knowledge of California and federal employment laws and practices, including local ordinances.

The ability to establish and maintain effective trusting and meaningful relationships with ALL.

A track record of creating human capital analytics proving success in a talent acquisition program.

The ability to effectively communicate information about department/ company operations and processes.

High emotional intelligence with a positive attitude.

An enthusiasm about creating a positive people & culture environment at Nutiva and demonstrated engagement in making the world a better place through sustainable business practices and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

Effective oral and written communication skills to prepare reports, proposals, procedures, and policies.

Good judgment; approachable and professional; solid problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; self-motivated; well organized.

Calm under pressure and a resilient personal style.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Skill at building successful relationships.
