Starting wage up to $23.74hr!AMAZING BENEFITS!Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas (i.e. lobby, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, etc.) to meet established cleanliness and quality standards. Cleans bathrooms (sinks, urinals, etc.), dusts furniture and pictures, vacuums, sweeps and mops floors, empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash, removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures, and cleans ashtrays. Delivers items to room/suite attendants upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms/suites as needed.Communicate with supervisor/manager throughout the shift regarding progress and completion of work assignment.Continuously check and clean restrooms for function rooms.Vacuum, shampoo, sweep, dust function rooms/corridors/fire exits according to occupancy.Using various cleaning techniques, thoroughly clean upholstered chairs.SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY: Knowledge of stain removal and chemical cleaning agents, and operation of different industrial shampooing equipment.Ability to learn and apply hazardous chemical standards during new hire introductory period.Able to lift, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time while operating heavy shampooing equipment. Lifting may include equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.Ability to perform job functions independently, if necessary.Basic ability to comprehend English language sufficient to understand information such as safety labels, product instructions and work order assignments.EOE/AA/Disabled/Veterans
