General Construction/Laborer/Maintenance Repairs (North Bay)
Giovacchini Construction Company in the North Bay is looking for people that have experience in electrical, plumbing, sheet rock, mud tape, framing, flooring that is presentable and positive attitude, can troubleshoot. Must be able to multitask, with the initiative to work independently under minimal supervision, when necessary.
Year round work. This is a full time position, 40 hours a week, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 am- 4:30 pm, but could include weekends work. Please be Drug Free - Testing will be required.
SOME OF THE JOBS PERFORMED BY OUR COMPANY, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Bathroom remodels
Kitchen remodels
Carpentry
Painting
Plumbing
Electrical
Tile Setting
Framing
and other various renovation related tasks
Working in confined spaces such as substructure areas and heights above 6' is a requirement
Pay based on skill level

QUALIFICATIONS:
18 years of age, or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Construction experience 2 year minimum
Valid Driver's License
