Rocklin based Property Management Company currently seeking experienced full-time Mobile Home Park Maintenance Technicians for the Fairfield area. The right Candidate must be motivated with a positive attitude, self-starter that can work independently. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Valid drivers license and insured operable vehicle
Experience in Mobile Home Park or Apartment maintenance
Pool certified a plus
Computer use
Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleaning of grounds and common areas
Cleaning of swimming pool, wading pool, and Jacuzzi strainers at their skimmers.
Cleaning of Clubhouse bathrooms, Office, Kitchen area.
Must be able to complete Grace Hill training courses.
Preforms service requests promptly and professionally.
Provides excellent customer service to prospective and current residents, and promotes a quality living experience for all residents.
Provides on-call service after hours as scheduled and performs emergency maintenance work when required.
Inspects homes and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts management to items that need to be repaired.
Assists manager with scheduling and communicating with vendors and contractors.
Assists manager with obtaining bids from outside contractors.
Assists with purchasing maintenance supplies for the property while staying within the planned budget.
Communicates with manager regarding the overall maintenance function of the property.
Participates in Company-provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, harassment prevention and position-specific training.
Complies with all applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS:
Intermediate to advanced plumbing abilities.
Intermediate to advanced electrical knowledge.
Electrical & gas meter knowledge a plus.
Landscape and irrigation knowledge.
Key and lock replacement.
Painting, drywall, and carpentry skills.
A keen eye for details.
Great with customers.
The ability to follow-up and follow through with assigned tasks.
Reliable, meet deadlines, and team player.
Someone who can communicate a complicated or technical issue in a "plain speak" fashion.
