Blu Dolphin Pools is seeking a full-time Service and Repair Tech to join our team! You will be maintaining and servicing commercial and residential swimming pools in beautiful Marin County. Also, you will be involved in repair work and some aspects of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
To service and maintain commercial and residential swimming pools and hot tubs.
Understand and adjust water chemistry in accordance with company policy and health department regulations.
Troubleshoot and report defective equipment.
Maintain activity/chemistry logs and regularly communicate with staff and managers.
Perform repair and installation work including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, automation systems and plumbing. Occasional masonry and carpentry work as well.
Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Help out around the shop and assist with odd jobs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in swimming pool related fields a plus, training available.
Clean driving record.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and small power tools.
Ability to handle the physical workload and lift up to 50lbs.
Must have a great attitude and be a team player.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
