Position Description:
Level 2 Roofing Service Repair Technicians are responsible for performing multiple system-type roofing repairs on local commercial and residential buildings.
Company: Warren RoofCare custom builds, repairs, and maintains commercial roofs in the North Bay.

Department: Service
Roofing Service Repair Technicians report to Service Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Make site visits to customers
Help Tech 1 Assess roofing problems
Set Ladders of all sizes
Move equipment and materials on and off the roof
Perform roof repairs on multiple roof system types
Perform roof maintenance on multiple roof system types
Learn to be a Leak Forensic Investigator
Deliver outstanding customer service
Follow all safety rules and regulations
Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Complete required paperwork and computer inputs in a timely, neat, and accurate manner
Learn roofing software and “the Warren Way” of performing roof service work
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
