Our Law Office is located in Fremont and has been providing legal services for more than 17 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. Clients have trusted us with their serious legal matters in the areas of Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Personal Injury.
We are looking for an associate attorney to assist in our family law practice. The right candidate must have family law experience and should be willing to learn the other two areas. Duties will including a minimum number of billable hours, carrying your own caseload including court appearances, discovery, legal writing, drafting pleadings, and client meetings.
JOB QUALIFICATION
California Bar membership
Know how to conduct discovery, law and motion, and trial preparation
Must have experience with family law forms
Strong research and writing skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and reliable.
Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Must be able to work well under pressure, multitask and be self-motivated.
Professional appearance and manner.
