Santanna Law Offices, an immigration law firm based in the Fruitvale District of Oakland, California, is hiring a Legal Assistant.
Ability to read, write, and speak in both Spanish and English. Additional Maya Mam, Portuguese, or Arabic fluency preferred;
Passionate and committed to immigrant’s rights and social justice;
Compassionate;
Eager to learn;
Attentive to detail;
Able to focus on multiple tasks;
Experienced in Word and Excel;
Able to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers;
Able to follow strict confidentiality rules with client records;
Organized.
Job Type: Full-time, hourly Salary: Commensurate with experience
