We are looking for a highly motivated person to promote our books to key media contacts, draft meaningful and targeted publicity pitches and campaigns, create and implement effective social media campaigns through corporate platforms, and ultimately create demand and sales for our books.
Candidates should be creative, organized, and able to work independently and within a team environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Broad understanding of media outlets in all formats including print (newspapers, magazines), broadcast (radio, TV), and online (bloggers, podcasts, social media).
Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Cision, Adobe Acrobat and InDesign.
1-2 years social media experience (content creation/posting/engagement for corporate brand channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest).
2-4 years publicity experience
BA or equivalent experience
