Hello Santa Cruz!
We are a sustainable seafood company looking for our next Marketing Manager.
Duties will include:
managing content for 2 Instagram/Facebook pages
PR communications & outreach
advertising
graphic design
film/video
creating 4-6 newsletters per month including one every Monday
handling our text alert system
etc
We are looking for an artistic soul with an eye for photography.
Job is remotely worked with the exception of coming around, often on a whim, to capture content when exciting and fresh seafood shows up at our docks. This is why we need someone who is local. Willingness to be tuned into the social media Fri-Sat is important as the weekends are very busy for us.
Our ideal candidate would consider this a fun and exciting position, have excellent customer service and communication skills, be super organized, and thrive on being a part of our fish fam.
We’ve spent nearly 20 years building our brand and becoming Santa Cruz’s seafood. We pride ourselves on our service to our community and close knit team.
Our current manager spends about 20-25 hours per week on these tasks. She will be around for a few more weeks before her move and is willing to help work to pass the torch to the next member of our dream team.
