Job Title: E-commerce Customer Service Manager for hot brand

Job Description: If you like giving advice and solving problems, you’ll thrive in this job. We need an empathetic individual to join our Customer Service team. We’re a small company and you’ll find plenty of opportunity to grow personally and professionally.
Primary responsibilities include:
Manage the daily interactions with customers via e-mail and chat
Manage inventory, returns and exchanges
Resolve and troubleshoot customer issues through completion
Have a thorough knowledge of the products (you’ll be trained)
Work with Fulfillment, Operations, and Marketing teams
Provide feedback to Team representing the customer point of view
Qualifications: You will thrive in our fast-paced environment if you like to multi-task, work with a small team, enjoy a multi-cultural workplace, and readily pitch in to get a job done. You’ll be more efficient if you are:
proficient with e-mail and chat software
comfortable using internet applications
a fast learner, quick typist, and expert multi-tasker
able to figure out how to solve different types of issues
able to communicate well with different people and have good writing skills
open to training (on products, e-commerce apps, etc.)
one who takes initiative, ownership, and responsibility for actions
energized by interacting with people all day
