We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing director full time for our Gilroy office location. This position will require you to work in an office setting and with some occasional travel. As the new Marketing Director, you will be responsible for communicating the marketing plan with the company, develop promotions. Identifying the company’s potential customers and coordinating marketing projects from beginning to end.
Scope of Work Including but not limited to For All Companies
Will set up appointments and run all meetings for all marketing. Meetings should take place every week or other week, management will decide.
Will set up and execute all contracts with all media.
Will provide written reports to all in attendance with minutes from meetings when necessary and will follow-up on all items to assure their completion.
Will hire assistant in marketing who can be delegated some responsibility when management states its ready for that position.
Will oversee the distribution of all media information.
Will oversee all graphic layouts for all media of all kinds.
Will handle all promotions and special events.
Will oversee all red carpet and grand opening events.
Will take on other responsibilities in absence of someone.
Will oversee the entire grassroots marketing campaign, among others.
Will oversee budgets for marketing and provide weekly or monthly reports on expenditures. Budgets will be fluid and change from time to time.
Will write, create, and distribute press releases on a regular basis. Once a month on all businesses will be required and sometimes more often.
Will assist with correspondence, spreadsheets, and other admin functions.
Will agree to all terms and conditions of standard policies and procedures.
Will report directly to the President.
Will work independently to accomplish these above goals.
Will handle corporate sponsorship packages and procurement for different businesses.
Will hire right away someone to handle rebranding. Major priority to complete 1st week.
Will provide Business marketing plan for all businesses outlining everything you plan on doing to start and throughout the initial campaigns.
Will work on creating logos, concepts and creative ideas and work with graphic artist soup to nuts in getting those created.
Create and monitor success monitoring of all marketing efforts.
Will manage CRM databases and make sure we are utilizing them to promote and keep track of clients/customers.
Will handle all signage creation and set up.
Will add marketing programs to new businesses as they are added.
Will attend chamber and other meetings on a regular business. Those meeting details and organizations will be provided to you within the first 60 days.
