This position is responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing team to maintain optimal occupancy of the Independent Living units.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Living Coordinator assembles brochures, applications, and pre-registration packets.

Maintains adequate supply of marketing collateral and office supplies

Serves as a primary gatekeeper for Data Entry in PCC.

Assists sales staff with updating information in EnquireLeads.

Coordinates logistics for open houses and marketing events, including providing mailing list to mail house, receiving RSVPs, coordinating resident volunteers, communicating with relevant Community staff

Supervises move-in process to completion, including communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and security.

Coordinates all improvements to apartments, including communication and scheduling with contractor, vendors, designers, and facility staff

The Senior Living Coordinator performs all other duties as assigned by Director of Sales and Marketing or Executive Director.Click here to apply

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be organized, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Must possess excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability and math skills

Must possess superior customer service and telephone skills, and be a self-motivated team player

Must enjoy working with seniors, and maintain a positive attitude

Must be flexible and work well under pressure, possessing good time management skills

Must possess leadership skills and an "I-can-do" attitude

Must be highly dependable, reliable and honest

Computer literacy and experience is required. Must easily adapt to new software.

Education and Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred
