Hello! Seeking a part time personal assistant / admin assistant / design assistant for a Menswear designer and small business owner. You will be working directly with the manager so you will need excellent communication skills and ability to follow through. Must have clothing design knowledge and experience as some job duties will be working with garments, tailors, and accessories. Knowledge and experience in social media marketing and media design is a huge plus (and can make the position full time if it works out).
Must have skills
- associates degree, or BA in design, business, or marketing / communications
- general knowledge of fashion design and garment construction
- interest in art and design
- marketing experience with social media, email campaigns, marketing media creation, etc
- Technical knowledge = Adobe Creative Cloud products, Google Docs, both Mac and PC, and above average Microsoft Office Suite products
- ability to work part time in person in SF at home office and ability to do errands around SF and Bay Area, must have a reliable car, be COVID careful and okay with social distance in person work
- available 15-20 hours per week (can be more if can do more tasks)
- personal assistant tasks like calendars, online shopping, organization, schedule tracking and follow ups
- must be very trustworthy, references required, background check required
