We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our production team as a Laser Engraving and Stamp Maker. This role involves operating laser engraving machines, preparing artwork files, producing custom rubber stamps, and ensuring every product meets high-quality standards for precision and finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate laser engraving machines (e.g., Trotec,) to produce rubber stamps, nameplates, tags, and other engraved products.
Laser engrave and cut rubber sheets, acrylic, wood, or metal materials.
Mount engraved dies onto self-inking, pre-inked, or wooden handle stamp mounts.
Inspect finished products for accuracy, clarity, and quality.
Maintain and clean laser machines, ensuring safe and consistent operation.
Manage inventory of materials (rubber sheets, mounts, inks, and accessories).
Collaborate with design and eCommerce teams to fulfill custom orders from Amazon, Etsy, and eBay.
Pack and label finished products for shipment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with laser engraving equipment or similar machinery preferred. (Will Train)
Basic knowledge of graphic design software (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, LightBurn).(Will Train)
Strong attention to detail and hand–eye coordination.
Ability to read and follow design proofs and order specifications.
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with small tools and precision tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus).
⏰ Work Schedule:
Full-time or part-time position
Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (can be flexible based on production needs)
