South Pacific Orchids Inc. is seeking a fulltime Administrative Assistant.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping, data entry, account receivable, etc.
- General office duties (filing, coping, printing labels, answering phone)
- Assist manager with sales (taking order from customer, issuing sales order and invoices).
- Assisting with retail incoming customer
- Understanding products pricing.
Qualifications
- Two plus years in office environment.
- Strong organizational, planning and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Good interpersonal, analytical, mathematical, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Has strong proofreading abilities and attention to detail
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
