ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
ON-SITE, FULL TIME DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS (M-F 8am to 5pm)
Zircon Corporation, a global leader in consumer electronic hardware tools, is looking for an energetic and organized assistant to join its growing team to provide general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, good computer skills, good oral and written communication skills, and be highly adaptable.
Essential Functions:
Light reception duties such as welcoming visitors, answering or referring inquiries, maintaining visitor log and conference room schedule
Provide general administrative assistance to Zircon's accounting, marketing, legal and other departments, such as filing, data entry and project assistance to various departments as needed
Distribute mail, faxes, and small packages to appropriate employees
Maintain trade relationships with external vendors such as janitorial, landscape, waste management, office and break room supplies, and others
Manage petty cash
Relevant Education and Experience:
5 years of practical work experience
2 years of college level courses
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing and managing files and records. (Microsoft 365)
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Ability to work well with people very important.
Ability to type accurately.
Licensed Notary a plus
Bi-lingual a plus
