Growing wellness practice looking for a friendly, motivated and enthusiastic front desk person to join our devoted team FULL-TIME. We are looking for someone just as excited in growing our practice as we are. Premier working environment and friendly staff.Applicants must have/be:

Must be a fast learner, great at multitasking, and very comfortable with navigating technology/computers.
This position involves answering phones and scheduling patients as part of a very busy patient schedule.

Willing to work in a medical setting with proper CDC procedures being followed to reduce exposure to COVID-19 (Plexiglass protection, N95 masks provided, routine cleaning)Required Skills:

Comfortable learning new programs and quickly adjusting
Self-initiative and motivation, strong work ethic
Be able to perform opening and closing procedures (open/close register, daily reports, etc.)
Generate monthly invoices
Knowledge of how to use a credit card terminalPreferred experience and knowledge in:
Front desk operation in health care setting
Customer service experience
Use of various software programs for daily operation (electronic medical records, scheduling software, ie. Office Ally)
Medical billing experience a plus
Past experience with Personal/Auto Injury cases is a plusSet Hours:
Full-time 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday
General open office hours: 9:00AM–12:30PM, 1:45 PM-6:15PMTo keep our staff safe, we have plastic barriers, provide PPE, and hand sanitizer.
