Small construction consulting firm seeks experienced Construction Project Manager to assist in daily construction, PM responsibilities which include:
Minimum, 5 years of PM experience
Creating project schedules with Microsoft Project
Experience reading plans
Solicit pricing from sub-contracting firms and vendor
Capable of bid leveling
Ability to run all fiscal aspects of projects ranging from $500,000.00 to $13,000,000.00
Knowledge of all Microsoft products
Well versed in Procore
Salary based on experience. Work is part time and can be performed remotely. Some travel to periodic site meetings will be necessary (paid travel time)

Hours are flexible and can be remote as long as the work is accomplished in a timely manner. Occasional travel to site meetings. Paid travel time is included. Bonuses based on project performance.
