CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are a long-established Oakland subcontractor with projects in the construction industry throughout the greater bay area. We are looking for a friendly multi-tasker with top-notch communication, exceptional organizational skills and is a pleasant team player to support all aspects of our business.
This is a long-term position for someone who is energetic, friendly, detail oriented, reliable, organized with problem solving skills, has good judgement and a sense of humor.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls and assisting customers with their various needs
Meet with customers who come into the office with general assistance
Assist with pricing requests from various vendors
General computer work with Excel, Word, etc
Assist project managers with assembling proposals, pricing, etc
General office filing, organization & assistance
Manage shipping and receiving
Scheduling and coordinating
Knowledge of the construction industry is a benefit but not required.
Knowledge of the window covering industry is a benefit but not required.
Hours are 8:00 to 4:30 M-F including half hour lunch and breaks.
Wage $22-26/hr depending on experience plus paid holidays, paid time off and health care stipend.
