Our IT components wholesale company is looking for a Sales Assistant or Office Administrator to work on a part time or full time basis. The candidate in this position will have many opportunities to grow with the company. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer service and support
Receiving shipments
Processing orders
Shipping orders (creating shipping labels-i.e. UPS/Fed-Ex/USPS etc.)
Take care of returned inventory
Qualifications:
For full-time, Bachelors Degree or AA Degree
For part-time, High School Diploma or GED and be enrolled in an accredited 2-year or 4-year undergraduate degree program
Recent college graduate student welcome
1 to 2 years administrative office experience
1 to 2 years of inventory experience
Familiar with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Be able to problem solve and work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be able to multitask and keep track of deadlines
Must be able to take initiative and be dependable
Compensation: depends on experience, hourly rate starts from $18.00
Openings are available for both part-time and full-time
We offer vacation, 401k, employer paid full amount of medical, dental and vision insurance
Hours of Operation:
9:00am - 5:00pm
