Looking for an executive assistant and office admin

If you are a detail oriented, hardworking individual and want to work for a young progressive company in the design and hospitality field this job is for you!

Technical skill set needed:

-Proficient in word, excel and power point (if you love spread sheets that is great!)

-General quickbooks or accounting knowledge

-Experience with tracking expenses and billing

-Experience with task management software

-Any previous knowledge of adobe suite a plus

-Must own and drive a car

Other Skills and attributes needed:

-Dedication to detail and time management

-Solution based approach to problem solving

-Excitement for the hospitality industry

-Excitement for design

Compensation based on experience. This is a full time or part time position depending upon skill set, experience and availability.
