Job Summary:

We are currently seeking to fill the position of Operations Assistant for our high volume commercial insurance brokerage. We are a niche commercial insurance brokerage located in Fremont, California and we strive to go above and beyond for our clients. Preferred language skills will be Hindi or Punjabi. This will be a demanding position and we are seeking an individual who is very detail oriented, computer savvy, has basic math skills , and is self-motivated to manage responsibilities. This role will be tasked with managing endorsements, taking incoming customer requests, completing applications, and managing renewals in our office among other tasks needed for the position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Inputting client data through use of agency software system AMS360.

Tracking Agency Renewals 3 months out and ordering loss runs. Obtaining current information from upcoming renewals and preparing files for brokers to submit.

Operating as the liaison between clients and head brokers.

Customer service and retention. Managing customer requests and helping customers problem shoot.

Completing detailed applications for new business and renewals.

Perform other office tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Fast learner pertaining to internal software

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel

English and Punjabi and/or Hindi language speaking abilities preferred

Detail oriented

Good verbal and written communication

Preferred ability: Fluent in Hindi and/or Punjabi.

Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Monday- Friday: 8:00 AM -5:00 PM
