A well established management company, Hanford-Freund and Co., is seeking an experienced property manager. This position will handle a varied portfolio of conventional apartments, mixed use and HOA accounts.
Some experience with commercial leasing of office and retail space a plus. Most of the portfolio is in the city, but there may be assignments in East Bay periodically. The primary property type in the portfolio is Homeowner Associations and Cooperatives. Recent knowledge of use of Yardi Voyager is helpful.
Our office is on Kearny Street just a few blocks from Union Square.
Professional designations are also preferred, but could be obtained after employment begins.
