What We’re Looking For:
- A valid Real Estate License with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
- Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of commercial property.
- Experience in leasing and/or sales, particularly in retail leasing.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- A self-starter mentality combined with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area market is a plus.

Compensation: This position operates on a 100% commission basis, allowing for unlimited earnings potential. However, a small stipend might be considered.
