We are a custom apparel shop located in San Jose specializing in embroidery. We tend to customers that choose to drop in for sales and services or prefer assistance online to meet their apparel needs. We are a one stop shop as we also offer screen printing, DTG, vinyl applications, signs and more.

We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented office manager able to take care of customers on different levels of needs from pricing to production. This position entails being trained in several areas of service, therefore, we are looking for a candidate that is comfortable wearing many hats with a can-do nature. The perfect candidate will be confident and capable of learning quickly in a frequently fast paced environment. We are looking for an applicant who would never use the phrase that is not my job and willing to face the challenge. There is much opportunity in this position to learn every aspect of the business and we are looking for the right attitude to fill it.

Qualifications include:

Comfortable with computer use and software learning.

Good typing skills (you will be tested)

Customer interactions through emailing, phone calls and face to face drop ins and appointments.

Multitasking and comfortably handling distractions.

Physically healthy and strong as there is sometimes lifting and maneuvering boxes up to 40 pounds.

Demonstrate leadership qualities as there will include problem solving and decision making in this position.

Responsible in scheduling production and meeting deadlines! (a must)

Pleasant, personable and engaging as you will be the face of the company throughout the hours of operation.

Familiar with graphic design programs and willing to learn software needed throughout the many steps of the process

Being able to work independently and manage many responsibilities with minimal supervision

Fluent in English

Responsibilities include:

Being punctual and available to work opening to closing hours from 9 to 5 on weekdays

Organizing to do lists to keep track of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks

Communicating directly with customers that drop in to the shop, call on the phone or email with questions.

Communicating with production to insure the job is done correctly and on time.

Shipping and Receiving

Filing hard copies and digital copies.

Learning equipment used in production

Handling challenges smoothly

Learning all the steps between setting up orders to arranging delivery after completion.
