Ferrari Florist is looking for a passionate and energetic customer service and store support person to join our team.
You will be responsible for supporting customer phone orders, processing internet orders and assisting walk-up customers. Position will require you to move between our Santa Cruz and Scotts Valley stores and our new Watsonville floral boutique store opening soon. Most activity will be based out of our main Santa Cruz location.
Other activities will be overseeing plant watering and care, recutting and feeding fresh flowers, processing local flower deliveries, and helping keep our stores looking fresh and clean which includes some light dusting, sweeping, mopping and general retail store upkeep.
Position has plenty of room for overlap in the floral design areas if that is your interest including making our beautiful plant and succulent gardens for our Ferrari Gardens segment.
Work days would be Monday, Tuesday, and Friday to start with hours 830am to 1pm with some flex on days and hours depending on your availability.
Applicants must have a clear DMV driving record as you will be driving our store vehicles between locations.
