Silveira Chevrolet in the town of Sonoma has an opening for an experienced Finance Managers who is looking for a part time position. We're looking for someone to cover two days a week. Days are flexible but would need to be contiguous.
Potential for lucrative monthly commissions.
The right candidate will be experienced in the automotive finance field, have excellent communication skills and driven by outstanding customer satisfaction.

The candidate will be responsible for working with General Manager, Sales Teams and Sales Management Team to produce additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products to new and used car clients while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years Automotive F & I experiences with a proven track record.
Good to Excellent understanding of CA F & I Compliance and Red Flag laws
Dealer Track DMS experience a plus
Develop new fresh ideas to generate income
Establish and meet monthly objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sell finance and other finance and insurance products, extended warranties and maintenance contracts to clients
Flexibility to work nights and weekends on rotating schedule
Sales License required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong attention to detail
Establish relationship with clients and provide excellent customer service
Ability to communicate in person, on the phone and via email .
Submit credit applications to financial sources on all finance deals
Accept and properly document client deposits
Verify client documents
Work with sales managers to secure a reasonable front and back end profit from every deal
Establish and build strong relationships with several finance sources/lenders
Multi-task between numerous online programs
Excellent and timely follow through skills
Collect and supply required documents in a timely manner to complete transactions
Daily, complete and turn in all deals to the business office
Keep clients informed of any issues with their transaction
Become knowledgeable of dealer promotions and monthly lease and finance programs
Highly organized, able to multi-task, self motivated and detail oriented
Energetic and positive attitude towards co-workers, clients and finance sources
Able to implement new processes and adjust quickly to an ever-changing work environment
Maintaining a clean work station
Comply with business dress code policy
Valid driver's license
On and off-site product training
