The ideal Float Spa Manager for Reboot is someone who is passionate about Health and Wellness. Reboot Float & Cryo Spa is looking for a dedicated full-time spa manager in our Mission location in San Francisco. Ideal Spa Managers have management experience in customer service (ideally spa related or retail), have a good knack for HR and recruiting, are reliable, motivated to learn about more about health and wellness and can work nights and weekends.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide 5-star customer service to all clients managing the front desk ensuring that clients are greeted professionally and in a timely manner
Maintain a positive work environment for all employees keeping the lines of communication open to all spa associates
Managing all day-to-day spa operations including prompt and consistent opening and closing duties
Ensure all spa associates are providing 5-star customer service to all clients
Create and maintain a steady and healthy team atmosphere that keeps spa associates motivated and working efficiently as a team ensuring they are cooperating and understand company's policies and procedures
Assist with hiring and training of new employees, may include: sourcing, screening and conducting initial phone interview for spa associates
Employee scheduling making sure there is appropriate coverage
Maintaining an impeccable spa environment with an all hands on deck approach to cleanliness
Managing the payments and booking system, reconciling register and credit card payments
Ongoing customer service
Inventory audit and management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Management experience with customer service focus (spa and/or retail must) min. 2 years experience
Experience recruiting, interviewing and screening for candidates
Experience scheduling
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal communication and written skills
Computer literacy
Ability to handle pressure situations with client and ownership needs
Positive attitude and self-starter mentality
Tech savvy
Ability to work nights and weekends

The Float Spa Manager pay is depending on experience ranging from $50 - 62K plus commission and potential bonuses.
