Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via phone, email and other electronic mediums.

Configuration of customer equipment and/or software to connect to the internet.

Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services.

Troubleshoot or advise on operations issues in customer computer systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve customers' Sonic connectivity, email and/or webhosting related issues.
