I am looking for a couple more good roofers to work for me around the south bay and knock out some jobs this summer. Looking for guys with own tools, transportation and experienced in Comp. shingles and re-sheets. Steep comp. shingle experience and torch down experience a plus. Must do quality work, know how to pass inspections, be dependable and keep the job sites clean with all trash in one pile. Pay will be mostly piecework rates by the square and by the sheet for sheeting. Some work such as dry rot repairs will be hourly.
Hourly work will be $25 to $30/hr. depending on skill level and quality of work. Most good roofers make more than that off of the piecework rates i have which is how most of pay will be. Cash pay at end of jobs.
