We have an immediate opening in our service department for a roof repair technician. We are happy to train a skilled carpenter or handyman to become a roofing repair technician. This job includes driving a company vehicle to local commercial and residential buildings, greeting the customer, and performing roof repairs. Position requires some roofing, and/or construction or handyman experience in commercial and/or residential properties. Requires excellent customer service skills; ability to use a 28 ft ladder safely and efficiently; valid California driver's license; good DMV record. No convicted felons. We run a criminal background check and a DMV check.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Making site visits to customers
Performing roof repairs on multiple system types.
Keeping in touch with office throughout the day and following dispatch instructions
Creating great relationships with customers and delivering exceptional customer service
Following all safely rules and regulations
Filling out all required paperwork and computer input in a timely, neat, and accurate manner
Following all company policies
Following all state, local and federal rules and laws
Other duties as requested
