We are looking for skilled Heavy Haul/Dump Truck Operators in Oakland, CA.
The pay range is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level.
Job duties include operating 740/745 CAT articulated haul trucks and similar large ADTs; transporting materials such as metal scraps and debris; performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections; assisting with accurate truck positioning for loading/unloading; and following all DOT and site safety regulations.
You must have previous large-equipment or large-vehicle experience, ideally former Class A license holders or similar operator credentials; be willing to train on company equipment; be able to work variable 6AM6PM or 6PM6AM shifts based on ship-schedule cycles (6084 hour heavy weeks followed by off-weeks); and wear full PPE at all times.
