Hello, we are a well established residential contractor since 1985. We do 99% of our work in the central Marin County area. We perform most of our work in Ross, Kentfield, Larkspur, Corte Madera and San Rafael. We stay very busy with satisfied customers who refer us to their friends. We generally do one larger remodel per year with other small projects scattered throughout the year. Presently we have two larger projects and we're finishing up a smaller one. We presently have a team of 6, and we're looking to expand. The applicant should have a minimum of 5 years experience and needs to have all hand tools and reliable transportation. The applicant must be good at math, punctual, excellent at communication and good working alone and in team settings. We tend to do medium to high end work. Therefore the applicant must understand how to produce a quality finished product. We work on more than one project at a time. This position could lead to quick promotion to project lead carpenter. We are not looking for a foreman. This is a "belt-on" position.
