Licensed General Contractor and Property Manager is seeking an experienced Skilled Laborer / Trades Helper on an as-needed, part-time basis only. This is not a full-time job. Hours are project-based with no guaranteed minimum.
Requirements (Strict):
5+ years of verifiable construction/trades experience
Must demonstrate abilities on-site during trial work
Must provide vetted references confirming work history
Must have own tools and equipment to perform general tasks (specialty tools provided when required)
Must pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Work Includes:
Painting, patching, light carpentry
Demo & cleanup
Minor plumbing/electrical assists (under supervision)
General repairs & punch-list items
Schedule & Pay:
As-needed / part-time only (mainly weekdays; occasional weekends)
Pay: $25 – $65 / hr highky dependent on experiemce. Qualified applicants will be interviewed and screened and if selected for the job, they will be presented with an offer.(W-2, no guaranteed hours)
