Job Description Position Summary: Experienced Lead Carpenters
Our company culture is important to us, with that being the case, we are selective in our process and seek those that have a strong work ethic, skilled in their trade, and dependable. Integrity is highly important to our company. Must be drug free and understand job site safety. Seeking Candidates who are detailed in their work, can read design plans, show up on time, and have their own tools and truck (CADL and Auto Insurance Required). Bilingual candidates are a plus but not necessary.
Job Seeking Candidates must be able to do all of the following without supervision:
Rough Framing, Finish Framing (Trim, Crown, Cabinets, Etc)
Windows Installation, Replacements, water proofing knowledge, application.
Door Replacements
Siding Replacements, board batten, plank, shingles, Etc.
Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling experience - Light plumbing, electrical, tile is a plus
Position Specific Competencies/Skills Required:
Ability to complete jobs on time and on schedule

Team players (Must be willing to teach others)
Ability to provide great customer service

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to work in fast paced construction environment with little guidance from leads or supervisors
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to hold or lift different types of objects
Able to carry, bend, stoop, turn, kneel, crawl, climb a ladder and do other manual labor activities consistently
Desired/Required Experience/Education:
Prior experience in construction or related work required
