Welder Fabricator:
2+ years welding preferred. Well-rounded skill set preferred. Be honest about your experience or lack of, we may be able to train up. Certs preferred
Must be able & willing to lift & carry 50lbs+ . No physical limitations, metal fabrication is a physical job.
Must work well with others.
Must be punctual and professional onsite or at our shop.
No drug or alcohol issues. Clean DMV
Candidates will be asked to come in for an in-person interview and a skills assessment (bring your hood etc).
Probation period upon hiring to ensure good match for hire and company
Hours & Pay: 4-10's typical: 10hrs Mon - Thurs, somewhat flexible. Pay DOE.
Estimator
Must be able to read plans. Excel, Word, AutoCad (LT) knowledge ideal. We may make a shift to SolidWorks at some point.
Work with PM’s to assess time & materials. Nest materials & collect vendor quotes to combine with estimated labor hours etc and provide accurate project estimates.
Must have estimating experience with skilled trades, metal fabrication preferred.
Hours & Pay: Part time, approx 20hrs per week. Could turn into more if able/willing to take on more tasks. Pay DOE.
Will consider freelance independent contractor or reg payroll employee. Must be peninsula local, not hiring beyond. Potential hybrid schedule in-office/work from home after sufficient in-office training and experience. Probation period upon hiring to ensure good match for hire and company
